We recommend popping in-store for a FREE hair colour match before purchasing your hair online and checking our the colours in the flesh. We cannot be held responsible for the colour difference on a screen compared to real life.

If the buyer is unhappy with the quality of the product purchased, the buyer must not detach the hair from its packaging and must return it immediately. The product must be unused and unopened and must be fit fir re-sale. To be fit for re-sale the items must be in all the original packaging, securing bands, clips and netting where applicable in the original positions. Any product labels must still be attached to the product. If detached warranty is void and becomes non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

In the eventuality that the product has been worn and is not satisfactory, The Xtra Hair Company will return the product to the original manufacturer for examination. A full refund or exchange will only be given if the product has been diagnosed as an original manufacturing or quality issue.
